• Orders placed before 8 pm will be delivered on the same day.
• Orders placed after 8 pm will be delivered the next day.

Shipping Fee:

A flat shipping fee of 1500 RWF is applicable to all orders.

Orders are dispatched promptly once payment is confirmed.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times:

Our delivery times are as follows:

• Same day delivery (orders before 8 pm).
• Next day delivery (orders after 8 pm).

Cancellation Policy:

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For Momo Payment on Delivery orders, failure to reach you before dispatch will result in automatic order cancellation.
