Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please contact our customer service team at hello@. 0r +250-789-199-059 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as mentioned above and place a new order for the item you desire.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days after delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. Additionally, personalized and clearance items are exempt from being returned.
